What if I need to send somthing back?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, not damaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us a photo via email and the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@swiftyscents.co.uk. or use our contact form. We are unable to offer free returns, as we are a small business, but we will do our best to resolve any issues brought to our attention.

Damages and issues
Please note wax melts are made to be broken and it will not effect the use or the scent throw. Also note that wax has a tendency to melt i.e left out in hot weather/environments.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At the moment all sales are Paypal, which you can pay on your credit or debit card through.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is with Royal Mail which usually takes 2 working days after dispatch.

However during peak times such as Christmas there is a chance this could be up to 7 working days.

On larger orders, delivery will be with DPD & will be delivered within 2 working days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The only data we hold is your name and address for the order. All payments are through Paypal which is encrypted.
We hold no card details of financial data.
